Frequently Asked Question

If you need to process a refund for a transaction, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Refund Request Form and submit it to support@axaipay.com.
   
2. The Axaipay Support Team will process your request within two (2) working days after receiving it.
   
3. Once processed, please allow up to fourteen (14) working days for the refunded amount to appear on the customer’s payment statement.
